Performance and Security Service

Snapt will assess and optimize the customer’s system performance, security posture, threat exposure, and governance policies.

Discovery and Assessment

  • Snapt will hold planning workshops with the customer so that we understand the customer’s goals and requirements, the existing infrastructure, and the parameters for the project. 

  • Snapt will produce a project plan based on information we collect, including:
    • The customer’s business and technical goals.
    • The customer’s key stakeholders.
    • The customer’s existing infrastructure and configuration.
    • The customer’s application architecture.
    • The customer’s existing Snapt products already deployed, and their current and target framework versions.
    • The customer’s preferred maintenance windows.
    • The customer’s policies for security and compliance.

Website Optimization

  • Snapt will test the customer’s website to rank its speed and efficiency. These tests check metrics that are important in measuring users' experience.
  • Snapt will recommend the optimal configuration for the customer’s Web Accelerator and caching parameters, based on our depth of knowledge and best practices.

Security Assessment

  • Snapt will assess the customer’s security posture with reference to the customer’s standards for security and compliance.
  • Snapt will scan the customer’s web applications (up to a maximum of five applications) for vulnerabilities, and produce a security assessment report. Snapt will run two scans and produce two reports, spaced six months apart.
  • Snapt will evaluate the customer’s vulnerability to the following:
    • Code injection
    • Stealing of identification
    • Poor management access control
    • Exposed configurations
    • OWASP Top 10
